For months I've watched one of my neighbors selling something out of his car in the alley behind my house. Today I caught it on video. I still don't know for certain what it is but it has all of the trappings of a drug deal. I heard recently that there is a new number that Sylvan Park residents can call to report this sort of thing... I think the last 4 digits are ''DOPE''. Does anyone know what this phone number is? If not, I'll just call the regular number.
