Your message is one of the reasons I am somewhat dissatisfied. Instead of getting a newsletter, I would rather be invited to a meeting to bring up concerns about our neighborhood. During the entire time we have lived here, we have tried to reach Joy many times, to which she has only returned one phone call. Now our neighbor has been occupying his home since November '99 but has yet to put in a yard or clean up all the construction debris in the common area beside it. The lot # is still painted on the front window. Yet, the association has done nothing about it. I agree with the reasons for an association, I would like for this one to be more responsive.

Why not start a message thread that is devoted to postings regarding any and all actions that you want the Woodlands Board of Directors to take?

That's a great idea. However, I had been told that was what Joy at Ghertner was for. Is that incorrect? As long as there are communications back and forth; we need a method that works.

One of the purposes of the board of directors is to try to enforce the rules and regulations of the association. Furnish us with the address and we will address the problem and try to get it resolved. We need the communication of the members of the homeowners association.
