Can someone tell me what has happened to some of the folks on Windypine Drive ? Near one end of Windypine, so many cars are parked out front of a rental unit that it looks like a used car lot. Near the other end, the folks that own a unit are allowing vegetation to grow unchecked in the area near the curb. Maybe a weed garden ?!?! Last week, a homeowner that lives up the street from the weed garden tried to put a basketball goal in the common area across the road from his home.
