I am wondering whose responsibility it is for maintenance of what appears to be a common area strip of land just N of 2326 Devonshire, on the W side of the street, almost opposite Dunedin. This is also bordered by a creek/drainage ditch to the west.
It is readily apparent that our neighbors who walk dogs on Devonshire select this for toileting and ignore cleanup. My wife took our small dog for a walk and could not walk on that grassy area because of the massive accumulation of dog waste!!
Aside from personal responsibility, if we are paying Assn dues for Common Area maintenance, and if this is common area, it really ought to be cleaned up while the waste is dry, crisp and sunbaked.

We don't even have a dog. . .

I don't expect my dues to go towards picking up the dog poop on my lawn. I'm just asking the dog owners to do it. It's really irresponsible and disrespectful, not to mention disgusting. How would you like it if I pooped on your front lawn?
