Police seek man in two sex assaults, robberies Bee Metro Staff

Sacramento police are seeking a man believed responsible for two robberies and sexual assaults in South Natomas this month. The man is described as an African American, 30 to 35 years old, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall, 155 to 160 pounds, with short black hair, sideburns and moustache.
At 2 a.m. on July 4, the man drew a handgun on a woman as she walked from her car to her apartment at San Juan Road and Azevedo Drive, forced her back into her car where he sexually assaulted her, then fled with her wallet and money, said Lt. Sam Somers, police spokesman.
Then, at 11:45 p.m. on July 17, someone believed to be the same man drew a handgun and demanded money from a woman at an apartment complex at San Juan Road and Binghamton Drive. He then forced her into her apartment, sexually assaulted her and fled with personal items,Somers said.
