1) Kate Metheny – Columbus Landmarks

Discussion about historic preservation and its implications. Work done includes work with Columbus Public Schools to preserve historic schools, helping homeowners assess what work needs to be done.

Columbus Landmarks is putting together an East Broad Street Initiative. Ms. Metheny passed out information regarding proposed plan. Proposes to put together grant money to work on maintaining building stock.. Also with City on Near East Area plan.


1) Mark Dravillas – City Planner

Discussion of Broad Street plan. Will be revisited in January after review of letter from Joel Teaford expressing concerns and suggestions.
