Peter James of Diversified Services at 1651 E. Main Street came to the June 13th meeting at the request of the Chair to give an update of the development proposed in their CPD text. Mr. James stated that the annex which is an original part of the church and according to the text is to be rehabbed, might be razed because of the cost to rehab. Chair Bailey checked with the City's Senior Zoning Official, Beth Clark and was informed that if Diversified tears down the buildlng, they will be in violation of their zoning agreement and will lose the CPD Zoning.
