NEAC BYLAW CHANGE
Reduction of number of standing committees
AT the May 2001 meeting, NEAC voted to eliminate the Human Resources Committee and address all Human Resource issues under planning, The net effect is that there will now be three standing committees: Planning, Zoning, and Executive. The change will take place startubg in September 2001.
