At the January 05 General Business Meeting, NEAC voted to support applicant's request (CV04-046) to establish a Bed and Breakfast at 1403 Eastwood (zoned single family residential).The applicant has entered into an agreement with the adjacent synagogue for shared parking. The location has 8 bedrooms 5 of which will be used for guests.
