Demolition on 173 Woodland Avenue

The NEAC Zoning Committee voted not to support an application for the demolition of a carriage house inthe rear of 173 Woodland Avenue. The structure appears to be in fairly good physical condition and we are not aware of any orders from the City for repairs. The structure has been used as living quarters and some of the neighbors in attendance suggested that it could be reused as such.
