Cyberwatch is a program developed by the Memphis Police Department that e-mails reported incidents, names of sex offenders, and active local warrants for targeted areas of citizens?’ choices. Additionally, citizens can report suspicious activity to police through Cyberwatch.

Phase I of CyberWatch, limited its access system to community organizations, like Neighborhood Watch, block clubs, community development organizations, apartment management companies and other entities that have an electronic information network. However, the program is now accepting requests from private citizens.
