I would really like to move to Parker and am looking for the best Neighboorhood to move into. It seems like there are a lot of different HOAs and some that people have been very unhappy with. I'm looking for the best value HOA. One that is the least expensive and not too invasive (knit picking everything little thing.)  I've never had any issuies with my current HOA but after reading some horror stories I'm a little frightened. Anyway if anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated. I hate when you move to an area you then find out the best places to live after you have already bought your house. A heads up would be great!
