It's not illegal to give someone anothers cell phone number.

Neighbors: My name is Ron Sutton and I am the current Stonefield Maintenance Corporation President. I have been making phone calls to our neighbors who are delinquent in paying their 2008 Annual Assessment. I am making these phone calls in an effort to reduce OUR legal fees. The phone calls that I made the other night apparently upset some of OUR delinquent neighbors. I apologize if I insulted anyone, that was not the intent. However, it is almost 3 months past the payment deadline and some neighbors feel that they do not have to pay. These neighbors WILL be forwarded to OUR attorney for Judgement processing next week. Once we secure OUR Judgement, we will place liens on their properties and notify the credit agencies. These are not threats, these are the procedures WE follow to collect from delinquent homeowners. 171 of the 186 neighbors in this community have paid their assessment. Maybe it wasn't illegal but I didn't give any body premission in this development to hand out my personal cell phone and have this person call me at 8:30 p.m. ( I get up at 2:30 a.m. each morning and work 10 hour days). All business matters should be handled by home phone or certify mail. Jackie |

If your depending on these few neighbors to pay these fees to reduce legal cost, then maybe you should check into how the finances is ran we haven't had snow removal in 2 years?. Yes it's not fare to the other people in this development who paid their assessment but we did make arrangements check with your treasure. Jackie
