Why not move them to June. The Holiday crunch is over and it does not interfear with any accounting issues for the Corporation except for the first year.

Eric, does section 4 indicate when annually they can be billed?

Griff,

Section 4 only states that the community must be billed only once a year. It does not matter what time of year. If you would like the due date of the assessment moved up, I would suggest talking to the Board as a whole through either email or at a meeting.
