Does anyone know what can be done about the person who ''lives'' in Rose Hill in the 1st court off of Ascot Ct after Clairborne becomes Rose Hill? He supposedly is just a boyfriend of the owner of the house and he rides a very loud motorcycle early in the morning 6-6:30 am weekdays and weekends. He guns it going down Ascot toward Eaton and it scares my daughter and I can't get any decent sleep.

Isn't there some sort of noise law that prevents this?

I know the police have come out from a complaint and told one neighbor no loud equipment should be used from 9pm to 10am. There are County and police complaint # that can be called. They do listen and try to help.
