the ponds in middletown village could be very beautiful if maintened. the pond in the back of the new section of MV in the single family home stilll has the filter fabric on the ponds inlets the outfall structure is still boarded. Their isn't a ny grass on the ponds slopes and their should be. Basically this pond is still in its construction status and does not need to be any longer. some of the other ponds have algea growing.

If these ponds are not maintened now in their early years they will not function for Stormwater managemnt use and will also make the neighborhood look very unkempt.
The home owners association should be responsible for maintaining the ponds in the neighborhood.
