So as we all noticed last week, something like 5 houses went up for sale at the exact same time (new houses and older houses), and now most of them are sold already. Is this a coincidence, or did they actually all sell in that short amount of time...I've heard that there are a couple of lots left and that the builder is literally sitting on those lots until the house prices raise even more so as to get more money...

Yes. Homes are selling that fast. I sold my single family house in 3 days and I got more than asking. I had numerous offers and they were all at or above my asking price. The other home developments in the Middletown area are selling for more, so M. Village is a bargin to some home buyers.
