is it against code to have a split rail fence in your front yard ? ,even if it is falling apart and rails are missing? this is what RGCA needs to address to keep our community from becoming an embarassing place to live.

It doesn't appear that there is a limitation about fences in front yards. If the fence is falling down you can submit a complaint to the County by calling: 302-395-5555.
