The volunteers of the Civic Association plan to disband, the Organization cannot function without funding. Out of 177 property owners less than 15 have paid dues for 2005. The money paid to the Maintenance Corporation is only to maintain the open space. This does not include the informative newsletter, community events like Easter Egg Hunt & Community Yard Sale, Community Advertisements, and ALL THE ISSUES DISCUSSED AT THE CIVIC ASSOCIATION MEETINGS.
