Resident Info Sent to Terminix
We recently sent the names and information forms of 52 homeowners who expressed interest in the Sentricon system proposed to our subdivision by Terminix. Because this number represents a lower percentage of homeowners than that desired by Terminix for the discounted service, we will have to wait to see what actions Terminix takes with the interested families and what, if any, discount is offered.

Sentricon
My wife and I had the baiting system installed last year about the same time as the offer made by Terminix. It was our feeling that they would never get the number of people they wanted so we went ahead and had it done. I'm glad we did since it seems that only a very small minority of the homeowners want the baits. I wonder though, how many other people already have the baits and can it count toward Terminix reducing the cost. I personally don't have a problem having paid full price with the possibility that discounts would be granted to others at a later date. The more homes protected, the better the protection for all of us.

Jerry,
I'm not sure what Terminix will do now that the numbers did not come in as hoped for. I was somewhat surprised that a greater percentage did not show interest, but all we can do is pass on the proposal. You obviously made a wise move going forward when you did. I believe that Terminix will check to see how many Park Timbers residents already have the system and then determine whether Terminix can reduce overall costs for the subdivision with the additional residents who have indicated an interest in the baiting system.
