Hey Bill, Maybe there is a little confusion with what is SWMC and isn't but it has been published over and over in the newsletters that Phase 2,3 and 4 are SWMC. Joseph dr is phase 2 make a right on Jaymar and everything you can drive to that is Salem Woods is part of the SWMC. If you where to make a left and take Jaymar to Summer Hill that is phase 1 which is on there own. The Storm water pond is updated in each newsletter. Hope that helps.
