Message from Ed Osienski about Water Mains - May 16, 2016

A Message from Ed Osienski, our State Representative regarding the water main replacement in our area.

Newark is replacing the water main pipes between the Windy Hills and Millrace developments.  Part of Newkirk estates was originally part of this plan.  Ed’s message contains the following paragraph:

“Due to pricing being higher than anticipated for water main replacement this year Flora Circle was postponed into 2017 but it will be replaced then.  Sorry, I forgot to include this in my previous email.  Attached is the plan for Flora Circle for your information.”
