So where do you park for this new restaurant? Our parking garage seems to be reserved for everyone but us and am sure they would be happy to tag us for parking in the wrong spot or too long.....

Dear Waltham,

I do not think the homeless will be living behind the wrapping paper at the old Cup & Saucer.  However, one may want to visit the "tent city" for the homeless near downtown.

By the way, it is not a crime to be homeless.

Homeless is their thing as long as they do not intrude on other people and 99% of them do that...but there are the few that have so many issues, they probably could solve with meds, but they do not want or we may make it difficult so we are in Catch 22

Love to have a nice restaurant there and perhaps with some buildings vacant, some might become parking lots or mini parks to enhance and liven the city up...it is dullsville
