The other night at 7 pm,8pm,9 pm 10 pm,11 pm, 12am 1 am, 2 am and the neighbors 3 houses down from me were having a birthday party with LOUD music. Asked them to turn it down, finally called the Houston Police Department and it got quiet. Party for for the teens birthday, much drinking and blocking the street. What a joke of rules enforced. I hope the the parent was happy with his kids, It seems to me the so called parent did not care what their kids were doing.

Its like that all thru the neighborhood.At 2am theres loud D.J. on Old Creek about every weekend and on Fridays also.Partys can be heard blocks away
