I am new to the Heriatge East neighborhood but would like to know if there is anything I can do about the teenagers at the park past 10 pm. I have called the police on multiple occasions with no resolution. They are often lighting large fireworks off as well as drinking in the park. I have children and this has become an issue with their sleep. I would appreciate any help, advisement, suggestions to resolve this issue. Thank you
