The past week or so I've noticed a high pitch ringing that can be heard through the windows. Does anyone know what is causing this? I'm on the 5th floor, so I'm not sure if it's carrying from far away or if anyone else has noticed this. Both my husband and I can hear it inside with the windows closed if we are near them. Any ideas for what could be causing this?
