Normandy Estates Improvement Association

Am I just missing the link?  I got the card, went to the address and cannot find a link to pay. 

Save your money the HOA is a joke. Come on people Jenny James is trying to sell her house and look at that she has the yard of the month. Please there are more yards out there that are way better than hers. What did she pay extra for that. Maybe when the HOA starts being fair and starts giving violations to all the people who have the same violation and not just one or two maybe they will get a little more support.  And when people sell there houses in the neighborhood and list that there are covanents it's hard to enforce the rules on those people. Like I said this HOA is a JOKE....
