I am in the process of refinancing my mortgage.
The underwriter asked me “Please advise as to
why the legal description reflects the HOA name
as ‘Plot Four, Pine Knolls’ yet the HOA association
is ‘Normandy Falls Homeowners Association’.”
Can anyone please help me answer this question?
