Is everyone aware that there's algae or something growing on the ''pond'' in Phase 1 that was not there for the last 2 summers? The 100s of Canada geese that are usually here are not either & we're concerned that's an indication that the pond is not health.
Has the HOA ever had anyone test or treat the water?

algae
We have applied to the state to get approval to treat this basin for the algae problem. The approval process can take up to 8 weeks.
Once we get the approval, the company we hired will be out to treat the basin.
