MEMBER DUES

Dues are recommended but not mandatory for all members.  Member dues are $5 monthly; $30 semi-annually; $60 annually.  Dues are collected at the meetings. 

Currently,  these funds are to  be used to order neighborhood signs for all entry points to the neighborhood.  Dues will also be used for necessary approved business transactions for our association.

Good standing meaning dues are paid up to date and/or a member has not missed one-fourth of the meetings held at that time.
