-Unlawful between the hours of 6:00PM and 10:00AM and at anytime on Sundays.
-Persons engaged in door-to-door peddling/soliciting must have the City permit on their person.
-Exclusions include commercial agents dealing with local business establishments in the usual course of their business, insurance salesmen, real estate salesmen, and others licensed by the state, persons engaged in religious or political speech, persons engaged in the distribution of handbills or flyer, who do not engage in face-to-face contact with prospective clients.
