Reminder on Parking Matters

As per the article II, section 3 on parking rights of each Northclift home owner. Each [House] shall have assigned 2 parking spaces and shall not block the passage to anyone else's space. Parking in front of NO PARKING signs will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense. Vehicles not parked in marked spaces risk being towed for creating a fire hazard and blocking access for rescue vehicles.

A committee is being formed led by the HOA board members to address the parking issue. The results should be posted before the summer. We hope to have new lines drawn and the parking spaces numbers clearly painted.

Remember it's our community and it is up to all of us to make it a great place to live.
