Worst HOA ever.
They make homeowners as full people.
We all pay $205 monthly for the HOA for nothing.
No painting outside of our Townhouses. Poor maintenance.
We called several times to someone help us to find the Water Meter, because we have a licking inside and no one was able to help.
Their answer was call a plumber. Seriously ?
We had to pay extra from our pocket to clean the back outside.
This is ridiculous.

We are contacting the authorities on City of Raleigh and Wake county.

They take advantage of the people that is already tired to fight and keep charging without do anything.
