The ?“Good Neighbor Tips?” column is a regular part of our monthly newsletter. Please contact the editor with your input.

We?’re going to have our neighborhood sign soon. The location has been secured, permits pulled and the construction company has been selected. You?’ll be hearing from the Maintenance Committee soon regarding preparation, cleanup and upkeep.

The new directory is enclosed with this newsletter. Please review and advise the Association Secretary of corrections and email addresses.

The city will soon be in our neighborhood checking for improperly tagged and inoperable vehicles. Violators will be cited and/or fined
