Do you think that Billboards are a blight on the community?
Do you think we should do something about them?
I'm from L.A. and we are starting to try to phase them out. In L.A. ''they'' are a strong lobby and we citizens need to united statewide to let them know we think the time has come to phase out this visual blight.
It is interesting that in Beverly Hills (the center of entertainment), they don't allow billboards. Why should we be any different?
