Northwood Estates

I recently had a bad experience with 5-Star Tree Service. They did not show up when agreed upon, and when they did show up I was not at home and they started cutting my trees anyway. They did not finish the job and left debris and their tools in my yard. It has been 5 days and I am still waiting for their trailer to pick up the branches. They keep telling me they will come "tomorrow" but they don't show up. Be careful of this company.
