As a block captain, your primary objective is to develop and maintain a personal relationship with all neighbors on your block. Through this personal interaction, you will:
- Promote the monthly neighborhood meetings
- Help maintain accurate contact information for everyone on the block
- Help maintain a clean block
- Help to carry out neighborhood initiatives
- Inform the Neighborhood Association when new people arrive
