Can anyone guide me on fence building restrictions for residential properties?
One of my neighbors built a 6' tall wooden fence really close to the front edge of the property. It is hard for my other neighbor to safely pull out of his driveway because he can't see the oncoming traffic on the street. I consider this a safety hazard because it could cause an accident. My neighbor’s car has to stick out more than halfway out of the driveway before he can see if there is traffic on the street.
Is it ok for my other neighbor to build a fence that blocks the line of sight of my other neighbor’s driveway?
