PAYING YOUR HOMEOWNER DUES

Paying Dues Through Our Management Company

Dues can be paid annually or quarterly and can be paid by check to our management company (AMS). AMS offers two additional ways to pay your dues quarterly:

(1) Call AMS Accounting at (210) 829-7202 and request to set-up Auto-Pay. Your bank account will automatically be debited each quarter. There is a $1.50 charge for each quarterly transaction.

or (2) Using the Internet. See below.

Paying Dues VIA the Internet

Dues can also be paid quarterly through the Internet by going to www.cabanc.com.

On the bottom left of their home page you will see two rectangle blocks; "pay your Assessment by e-check" or "pay your assessment by Credit Card".

Both of these are one-time payments, i.e., each quarter, when your dues need to be paid, you must visit the web site and fill out the required information. There is no charge for an e-check payment, but for Credit Card payments there is a $5.00 charge.

All the information is on your quarterly statement. The following information, which is on your statement, is:

a. MANGEMENT COMPANY ID - 4011

b. ASSOCIATION ID - 000401

c. ASSOCIATION NAME - SA OAK CREST HOA

d. MANAGEMENT - AMS PROCESSING CENTER

e. The remaining required items are your personal information.
