Dog owners at Oak Crest continue to allow their pets to defecate on the gorunds with no thought to non-pet owners and young children.
Landscapes who have been out to inspect the property for bidding purposes have been very concerned about the amount of feces and how to address the problem.
One solution would be a mandatory pet registration and monthly pet clean up fee
