However, if you have problems inside your unit, those are developer issues, unless your unit is more than 2 years old. If your unit is more than 2 years old, chances are, the problem is your's to take care of.
Homeowners who have punch list items pending, should make a list, date it, and give a copy to the developer, keep a copy for your records.
