More Growth in Antioch

Late in the month of April the Oak Highlands Homeowners Association and the Honey Brook Homeowners Association met with Vastland Developers concerning the rezoning of the property that is located on the corner of Blue Hole Road and Old Hickory Blvd (southeast corner). They will be requesting the Metro council to rezone the property from its existing apartment dwelling status to a commercial status.
This project is in the planning stages and no specifics were available at the time of our meeting.
The developers are willing to work with both associations on our initials concerns with blasting and additional storm water flowing to Honey Brook.
