From the wonderful guys and gals at Station 26 we have this month's recipe:
Chinese Chicken Salad (for 6)
Coleslaw-two pre-made
packages (or one head of green cabbage and one quarter head red cabbage)
Chicken-one whole roasted chicken.
Almonds-1I2 cup sliced
Mandarin Oranges-two cans
Top Ramen-one package crunched
Carrot-one graded
Green Onions-two chopped Asian Sesame Dressing-one bottle
Pull chicken meat from the bones. Dice all the veggies. Combine all ingredients and serve.
