Several members of the community are concerned and frustrated at the number of teens using and abusing the pool facilities. They don't seem to have a resident with them and are sharing the gate code with other non-residents. What is the best approach to resolve the problem? New gate code, adding a parking lot gate? Hiring a bouncer? Setting up a loudspeaker that constantly plays Barney songs? What have other communities done that worked?
