We have had several recent discussions with the Tulsa PD about speeding in our neighborhood and they promised they would start having more of a presence in our neighborhood. On a evening shift in June an officer positioned himself on 112th E Ave. and stopped over 20 neighborhood residents for speeding and going through the stop signs. He only gave out warnings this time however future stops will result in a ticket.
