Oak Woodlands POA

With the recent lack of community participation of getting Oak Woodlands back on track, the board has been having discussions about dissolving the board. Hamilton County has already said that they do not want the headache of dealing with Oak Woodlands, with the neglect from the past boards and the general deterioration of the community, combined with the lack of community involvement its just becoming a problem with keeping everything maintained. After the last board left us with only $924.00 at the beginning of the year, we have struggled and we have survived. This year should be a better start for us and the board has been making repairs to the community, but we still have a ways to go. Any imput on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
