Marge, again, this was not an announcement of an increase, merely a feeler for the community.  We didn't mention it in the newsletter because it is what it is, just an idea or something we or I am pushing around for responses such as yours.  Thanks for your input.  

An idea regarding a price increase of dues needs to be floated to the entire community not just the few on the web site to get a true indicator of the response.  Any idea of the board should follow this advice.  Not everyone understands, has access or responds to forum issues.   Marge's idea of putting this in the news letter is a more appropriate method.  Also, I never saw where you addressed Marge's question regarding the surplus and the fence repair money.
