NEW GATE REMOTE CONTROL INFORMATION

To purchase a remote transmitter

To purchase a remote for use at the Oakland Heights gates, contact QUALITY ACCESS at 830-981-5400. You can pick up your remote transmitter from their office but call first for directions and availability. If you live in Phase 1, your remote will only work in that phase unless you request that it works in Ph 2 and/or 3 since we have a limited amount of spaces on the keypad motherboard. If you are in Ph 2 or 3, your remote as well as your entry code should work in both gates but not in Phase 1. When you receive your remote, contact the Association at 210-524-4000 and report the 5-digit number on the back of the remote so that it can be programmed into the keypad.
