Oakleaf Hammock

i would like to know why the srinklers in the front of the development are working and ours are not in phase 4. We pay the same HOA fee they do yet our sprinklers are always the ones shut off. This is getting really old! If our sprinklers are always off then I want my HOA dues to reflect that! We should all be getting the same service! if phase 4 pumps are shut down then they should all be shut down!
