Pool

Posted in: Discovery at Daybreak
If you have not seen it by now, then this will be some new news for you. Someone has decided that the pool furniture was not good enough to have around the pool, but thought that it would look better IN the pool. I know the stuff was old and needed replacement, but we all know that would probably add an assessment on to our dues. I have contact Heywood Realty our HOA about this. If anyone has any information please let Heywood know.

Re: Pool

I was wondering about the warrent that was posted by the police about the pool not being clean and being a hazard? Aren't there people to clean the pool year round? And I don't know if anybody recently saw the malard ducks that was living in the pool...is this normal? Or how about the broken tiles and gate that is often broken?
Pool

I saw that letter at some point. I thought it was about the water by Arizona ave from the rain that was not draining way. I have not been in the pool since probably september some time (after I found out it was not heated). I have seen pool guys there cleaning, but I have no idea when the last time was. Why keep it open year round if it is not heated or being cleaned?!
Heywood knows about the pool furniture. They told me that this would be the 4th time that they have had to take the stuff out of the pool. David Heywood would like to have us keep a better eye out on the situation.
